Track record changes done via ImpEx

If someone logs in to HAC, changes something via Impex do we have trace of this who did the changes like we have in BO as last changes?

Changes done to the records via ImpEx can't be tracked in Backoffice using "Last Changes" list. However such changes can be tracked using Generic Audit if that particular type was enabled for auditing.
