To unsubscribe from All brand using one Click using Landing Page

Hello Team,

I am trying to unsubscribe from all brands by one click, using landing page. While creating the landing page we get 2 option, using subscription and using permission, i have tried both but its not working out.

Can anyone suggest some way to get it done.

I see two options here:

1. Just use a permission opt-out. With that we also implicitly set all subscriptions to opt-out. In the case of a later permission opt-in all subscriptions would be active again.
2. You can also create a form where you explicitly place pre-checked opt-out checkboxes for all subscriptions AND the permission. For each checkbox you can also set the visibility to hidden and then all is done with a single submit button click. Of course you'll need to explain what will happen in the text.
