To integrate SMC to Facebook, what is the Authentication Method ?

I am setting up the system and communication agreement to integrate SMC with Facebook. At the point of creation of the communication system there is a Users section for outbound communication The data that should be placed at this point where is it obtained?

How many communication systems must be configured?

How many Facebook accounts can be connected?

Taking into account that the company has two companies (Subsidiaries) and each one is going to connect SMC to Commerce and C4C.

Likewise, each one wants to connect their Facebook account.

Hi Elio,

did you already create an app under https://developers.facebook.com/ ? On that page after log in you can click on "My Apps" in the upper right corner and after that click on "Create App".

After providing some general information you can see the "Settings" in your app. Select "Basic". On the next page you can see the App-ID and App Secret. These is the information you have to provide in the communication arrangement in MC.

Hi Elio,

first of all, I'm not sure and have never tried if you could connect multiple facebook accounts.

The data for the outbound user is retrieved from Facebook during the setup of your facebook app (User is your App ID and password is your App Secret). Did you already check this page:

Update: As stated in the documentation mentioned above it seems that it is possible to use multiple ad accounts in FB, but on MC side it seems that you only create one communication arrangement

I also have this other ID in the configuration section of Advertising Account

And finally, I actually have to create some video and send it to Facebook to approve the integration, where is it sent?

And the App Domains do not locate it in SMC.
