To Have US Localized Customer checkout version

Dear Experts,

• For which country/countries is SAP Customer Checkout available/localized? Can partners sell SAP Customer Checkout to non-localized countries?

SAP Customer Checkout is currently available in and is localized for Germany, Switzerland, Austria, United Kingdom, Ireland and France. For these localized countries it is designed to allow you to run your business operations effectively.

Regarding the above part in a previous blog post currently SAP customer checkout is not localized for US . So in Sri Lanka since it is no Sri Lanka localization with in SAP Business One we are using US localization instead . There fore it is really great if it is possible to get US localized CCO because we tried once with UK localization for a test purpose and the configuration and work with in UK localized CCO is really easy as it's preconfigured the necessary settings .

It's really grateful if anyone can tell what will be the procedure to request for US localized Customer checkout version and pretty sure it will useful plenty of partners and customers whose using US localized SAP ERP solutions to use the CCO effectively .

For the non-localized countries, SAP Customer Checkout might not offer an official fit to the local market requirements and it might not comply with relevant applicable laws and regulations of the non-localized country. For Partners selling in non-localized country, it is expected that the partner involved has expertise about local business practices, conditions and regulations. Appreciate you explanation and thanks for the quick response . Yes it is well noted and the localized CCO is very easy to config and can use effectively . In Sri Lanka most of our customers are using SAP Business One US licenses. That's why we though to check whether we can have US localized CCO to use for our customers when needed . We think it will really helpful not only for us as but also every partners whose their clients having US localized SAP ERP .

So Nidhi Could you kindly advice is it possible to have a new localized CCO for US .

For these localized countries it is designed to allow you to run your business operations effectively.For the non-localized countries, SAP Customer Checkout might not offer an official t to the local market requirements and might not comply with relevant applicable laws and regulations of the non-localized country.

Partners who want to resell SAP Customer Checkout to countries outside of the officially supported regions (Germany, Switzerland, Austria, United Kingdom and Ireland), must contact the local SAP Business One organization Local Product Expert (LPE). Approved SAP Customer Checkout partners can purchase the SAP Customer Checkout license via the SAP Store.
