To capture Customer checkout cashier user name when passing sales data to SAP business one

Dear Experts,

Kindly advise is there a way we can capture cashier user name (The person who entering the sales receipt) as well when we pass customer checkout sales data to sap business one . Do we need a plugin to get the result . Thanks in advance .

I checked the payload that is processed in B1if and found it has the CCO user name (POSUserName):

Perhaps it's possible to capture this tag and transmit it to B1 using the CCO extensions.

It's noted and Thanks for the quick advise . But we have already use separate sales persons as well in the system. That's why need a another way to capture the cashier information . Is there any other way around for the same .

Dear tharindu,

If you are not already using the sales persons you could configure CCO cashiers as sales persons. The sales person in a receipt is transmitted to SAP Business One with the standard CCO scenarios.
