tips configuration CCO and SAP B1

Dears ,

I have enable the tips recording in CCO and map the GL account for tips from SAP to CCO , also i have create sale item in SAP for tips only and i have map it in materal id for tips .

now once there is tips in the receipt , the whole receipt is not coming to the monitor , is there is something i'm missing i the configuration , or what i did is wrong .

because once i create the item , it did not sync to CCO until i give it a price , is this is the right approach or not .
