Time Zone in SAP C4C

Dear Experts,

As per understanding, currently we are having the timezone in C4C based on the country, As the reason, a huge list of time zone is appearing when the user try to select the timezone in the Route creation. It is confusing for the business and we want restrict the list to show only the relevant time zone for the user, may be based on country.

But as per standard functionality, I didn't see any option to restirct the same. Please guide me in case if we have any possibility to reduce the list of time zone.

this can be set in the user settings screen the system takes the time zone from there , user can set timezones in the settings on top right corner

Hello Vignesh,

from my experience, the field is automatically filled with creator's timezone defined in Administrator > Business Users. So you can remove the field from the Route creation screen so that user doesn't need to select anything but still info will appear in facet More Details within the route.
