Time worked report for tickets

Dear All,

Is there a way to report on the entire ticket life-cycle report that shows details of who all have worked on a particular ticket.

Hello Sonu,

Would the data source "Ticket Involved Parties" (CRMSRQPTYB) suitable for your scenario? it contains the tickets with all parties that were involved per ticket.

You may need to join it with another ticket data source, depending on what else you would like to report on (for example "All Tickets with All Interactions" or "Ticket History").

Such a join would likely process a lot of data though (depending on the ticket volume in your system), so you would probably need to restrict the report with sufficient selections.
