Time out calling back end CCO

HI SAP experts,

Currently i have the following incident related with SAP Costumer Checkout System

where my client tries to make a new order in quick mode sometimes appears the attached message, i´ve tried to looking for a root cause of this problem, and for me can be something related with the Apache tomcat service but the Scenario of my client has several POS and it happens only with some of them, besides i have seen that it happens when the person in charge make any order very quickly and suddenly that message appears. For that reason i want to know if someone knows or has even seen this error.

The file log shows this when the problem happens

Hi Jhon,

I would highly recommend to update CCO to the latest Patchlevel of FP07, or even upgrade to FP08, because a lot of changes and improvement have been made, especially for the hospitality mode.
