Dear Expert,

After I reset my password by saying "I forgot my password", how much time do I need in total to reset my password again? Because I reset it by saying I forgot my password to understand the process, completed the process, and set a new password. Then, when I say I forgot my password again, I don't receive a password reset email in my inbox.

Hello,

Time limit for resending security code mail is 10 minutes. Please wait at least 10 minutes, before requesting the Security Code to reset the Password for the second/next time.
