In project, I recived new requeriments and I needed create a new version to add new categories to an existing catalog.
In the reporting for data source ticket (CRMSRQHB) system creates as many entries as service categories versions. When we are executing a report, the system shouldn’t split the result by service categories version.
I think that the correct funcionality would be the sum by service category and catalog ID. Isn`t it? Are there any other form to configure catalog to avoid it?
