Ticket type doesn't show on Service > Ticket > New

Hi,

I follow the instruction here to create ticket type. https://help.sap.com/viewer/5f35ee8b31e44f2786d7c2696defa2f6/1902/en-US/314e707b4308453babdca02f862f...

However, when I go back to Service > Ticket > New, I still cannot see the ticket type I created. Moreover, when I edit the template and add field "Type", it shows only Ticket for Employee Support while I have both employee and customer support ticket in my scope. Thank you

Hello,

For your user, your need to assign either employee support work enter view or tickets work center view. You cannot have both assigned. Once you remove either one, you should be able to view the ticket type you created.

Hi Preethi,

Thank you for your reply. I have another question. Is it possible to disable default SRRQ Service Request from the ticket type? I unticked it from "Required Works" box but it still appear when I create new ticket.

Best Regards,
