Ticket replication from NON SAP Thid party to SAP C4C (Service)

We're having a non SAP Application for tickets management, and we want to replicate these tickets to SAP C4C,

It's gonna be helpful if someone have done the same integration,

Check if there is a valid Scenario (SOAP API, Integration Flow, ... or other) available on the SAP API Hub related to "Ticket" Maintenance (CRUD), see this link.
