Ticket got lost after creation from the ticket list

We created many tickets and among those the status of two got changed to "Resolved at L1" and it got lost from Ticket list.We logged in as admin and removed all filters but still it's not showing.

Any types of help is highly appreciated.

Dear Debasish,

Please check if the ticket has been set by any chance to irrelevant. Use the filter ''All irrelevant tickets''.

Hello Debasish,

If it is 1911 test system and if ticket is not visible under All Tickets / All Irrelevant ticket query - You can further check if it is deleted by some user , under :-

  1. Go to Administrator Work Center ->General Setting ->Data Management ->Deleted Data
