Hello Collegues,
I´m not sure is posible to manage the edition of ticket depending of user-processor.
So if the ticket is assigned to a specific user, only this user can edit the ticket.
or maybe relationed with specific field like status, only if the user is the processor, can manage this status.
I try to check fields rules, but I´m don´t how can call the current user:
something like:
Root.ProcessorPartyID == Current user
Regards.

Hello,
SAP answer me, now work perfect.
I forgot these entries
SEOD_TICKETMD_SADL_WCVIEW (Tickets)
TICKET_DESKTOP_NAVIGATION (technical view not visible to the end user)
TICKET_TABLET_NAVIGATION (technical view not visible to the end user)
SEOD_QUEUE_SADL_OWL (Queue)

Hi Roberto,
What about the display of tickets? Should agents be able to see other tickets than their own or should they see all tickets or?
I am asking because indeed it seems like there is no function to return the logged in user so I am thinking that it might make sense to use access restriction in business roles (write access with rule employee and another "hanger" business role with *read* rule service unit or whatever you need and write "no access").
Thank you and kind regards,
Carina.
