Ticket creation error in C4C

Dear Community,

We have set up new production tenant for go-live in 2 weeks, we also completed all cut over activities in the tenant.

But while creating ticket we are getting following errors, please see screenshot and I have checked all the configuration in place and matching with our test tenant.

Please let me know where went wrong.

Incase if you don't see screenshot read errors below,

1. Please enter a party with role Employee. (I have checked Involved parties no issues)

2. Document type Request does not match process variant. (It is due to standard document type SRRQ but we cannot delete it).

Hello Chandra,

For 2nd issue please check scoping that that both employee and customer support tickets are in scope? If both are scoped then follow the below steps:

Please use Employee Supports Tickets not Customer Support Ticket.

1.Go to the work center Administrator.
2.Choose the view Code List Restrictions.
3.Choose New button and Choose Business Object :Ticket and Code to
Restrict: Ticket Type.
4.Choose Save.
5.Please deactivated the Service Request under Value allowed by uncheck
the ANY box.
