Ticket access restriction based on ticket channel

Hi community,

I hope you're all doing well and safe, please i have a query, i want to restrict access to tickets based on channels (Email, Social media...)

How can i do that please ?

Hi s_chaibisoufiane39,

It is not possible to restrict access based on channels unless you have a different service and support teams or Territory for each channel.

Another option here would be to restrict the Visibility using predefined queries.

You can have one query and one page layout for each channel and it can be assigned to the respective business roles.
