Third party js integraton to smartedit

Hi,

All I want to add my third party js into the header of the smarteditor from my custom smart edit extension.

If I add below script in my custom component html it is only adding in the body section.

If I add <script src="http://cdn.server.com/cdn.js"> 

Is there any configuration that will take of this script injection into the header?
