I am activating several agreements in PRD.

One of them SAP_COM_0040, but when looking for it it does not exist.

There are even very few comparing with ambinte Test.

Is it because I have not been able to do the initial transport of SMC?

It is that I have to wait until the 15th for the two environments to be holored to the same version.

Yes, correct. When the production tenant is first provisioned it's just a basic S/4HANA cloud tenant without any Marketing Cloud content, such as the Communication Agreements you're looking for.

After you do the initial transport of content to the production tenant then you'll find everything you need.
