Dear Collogues,
We currently use Amazon integration to send emails.
We encountered the situation that some packages are delayed and get processed by Amazon several hours later than sending the campaign in SAP Marketing Cloud. Thus, some emails reach our users at night.
Please tell me, maybe there is some option to delay emails on the side of the Amazon provider?
It would be good to specify the time when the sending takes place (for example, from 9 am to 8 pm) and if the email arrives after 8 pm, it will be sent in the morning of the next day.
I would be grateful for any recommendations.
Request clarification before answering.
Dear anna.tsim,
As per my knowledge, you cannot control the AWS SES sending time, but what I would recommend is to use the "Best Sending Time" option in SMC which is a great tool and AWS doesn't delay such emails as emails are scheduled to be sent at different time, not at once in packages.
Thank you.
