Hello Experts
You are trying to create a content for email, in the APP Content Studio, in the options section it asks you to indicate the sender's profile.
I check and there are two previously created, I compare both TEST and PRD environments.
In Test it is created but they are not displayed in Content Studio.
In PRD if they are displayed to choose from in the Content Stdudio.

como-configurar-perfil-del-emisor-2.jpg
1.- Why this difference in both constituents?
2.- Is it something that is configured in each client?
3.- How is it configured, who provides this connection data? SAP, an external provider? the client?
4.- How should the sender's profile be configured?
I am reviewing the documentation but I have found very little.
Thanks for your help.

Hi jefodb
How can you define a sender profile for each marketing area?
Thanks you!!

Hi Elio,
you can define new sender profiles for different marketing areas by copying an existing sender profile. An add button is missing here.

Hi jefodb
I hope you are well!
As you told me, I reviewed the agreement SAP_COM_0040, and it has set the Global marketing area, the one that SMC brings by default.
For this reason, only the sender's profile is shown for that single MKT area.
Is it possible to have several MKT areas or multiple sender profiles?
Or the agreement SAP_COM_0040 with the other areas of MKT to be used in the sender's profile must be configured several times?
or with one that configures (Global) fires for all areas of MKT?

Best regards
Elio C.

Hi Elio,
It is possible to have several Mkt Area's and sender profile's but this depends on your business process and on your usage of the marketing area's.
If you have multiple marketing area's you will have to define sender profile's for each marketing area if needed. It is not needed to configure the communication arrangement multiple times.
