The schedule line’s date is depending on the requested start date of the service order.

When creating and planning a service order with spare parts, the schedule line’s date is always the creation date of the service order but not depending on the requested start date or any other date. So the is no possibility to change the date of the schedule line, which is transferred to the material reservation.

add the date type REQ_DLV_DATE in your date profile (item) as it's explained in KBA

Hi Silvia,

I've implemented the mentioned note within customizing, adding the REQ_DLV_DATE in the date profile of the spare part item. I can select the date within the dates section of the item, however the schedule line of the item does not update or use the date I've provided. Any other ideas?
