The SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer Add-In for Microsoft Outlook shows XML codes

Hi,

Whenever I open outlook and sign in to the Add-In the following window pops up. Do you have any idea what should we do to solve this problem?

Hello Amirala,

On such cases you can reinstall the Outlook Add-In, always making sure you have the latest version available in your system Download Center and that your Outlook version is compatible with the same, which you can confirm in the Software Requirements for Add-Ins page: https://help.sap.com/viewer/ccae7f324201476798977a55c5f10efe/1811/en-US/4ea51278539e47e9983b98351acb...

If the issue persists after that, then you can raise an incident.
