Hello everybody! I hope you are well.
I have a question: I have migrated a company account from C4C to Marketing Cloud and the source that is C4C doesn't show in the data source (see image lines below), it indicates only Marketing cloud. How can I get it to show its true data source? If someone can give me a solution, I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

Hi Carla,
it looks like you're using the the SOA-based integration from C4C.
In this case business patners are created in SAP Marketing Cloud which are then "transformed" to Interaction Contacts with SAP_MKT_BUPA origin.
You can find your C4C-ID in the Personal Data tab of the Contact or in the Fact tab of the Corporate Account as an additional ID.
Hope that helps 🙂

Hi Tobias, I hope you are doing well.
Thank you very much for your prompt response, I was really breaking my head trying to understand why I didn't get C4C as a origin data source haha... So everything is due to SOAP integration .. and for it to work out, I would have to use OData integration I imagine or how could it be?
I remain attentive to your kind response.
Thanks in advance! 🙂
Hi Tobias,
What I want is to see the source of data origin that is SAP_C4C_Business Partner, but according to what I understand based on what you tell me, that due to the SOAP integration, it is transformed and SAP_MKT_BUPA is displayed as the source. So I was wondering if with OData integration SAP_C4C_Business Partner would be seen as the origin?
Thanks in advance.
Best regards,
Carla
Hi carla_baldarrago29,
yes exactly. Using the SOA-based integration you have SAP_C4C_BUPA only as additional origin and SAP_MKT_BUPA as source origin.
And yes, if you would use the "old" integration using OData API CUAN_BUSINESS_PARTNER_IMP_SRV it would generate SAP_C4C_BUPA as source origin.
