The RBA rule created in SAP CDC cannot be disabled. If I want to disable one, then it appears another rule to be enabled. If I delete one rule created, then is visible again on the list.
I tried it on my end using the Status toggle and Delete action, and I can see a similar issue, but if you try a few more times, it will eventually succeed. As you know CDC is running on a huge cluster, sometimes there might be synchronization issues between the nodes.
