The long text for error message "Percentage distribution of bill receipt not add up to 100%" (message no. /XYZ/ZAB_MESSAGES001) needs to be extended.

Background scenario :- "Error message /XYZ/ZAB_MESSAGES 001 appears, but relevant fields according to the long text of the error message are not ready for input or visible".

So what is meant by "needs to be extended"??. Does they are expecting some field output along with error message??What actually will be the fix for this issue??
