The Invoices or Items has to have a consecutive without lack of numbers. The returns, payments of invoices and cancellations gets numbers in SCCO, that is why we need to have another Number that have consecutive just for invoices. We can set up the check that items and documents couldn’t be mixed but it is not enough.

Hello,

SAP Customer Checkout is not a closed product meaning that it is possible to extend SAP Customer Checkout using PlugIns. However the number drawing logic for receipt is really deep in the application.
Using Plugins it would be really complex to change it so that parked receipts or void receipts or returns get a different number range.

For CashIn/CashOut/PayIn/Payout we already support different number ranges.

Also it is in our backlog with high priority to make the number continuous and park/void/return gets a specific numbering. However at this stage we cannot make a commitment when this can be delivered.

This is explained in our documentation that park/void/return use the same number range as normal receipts.
