Text Field With Template in SAP C4C?

Hello Experts,

We have a requirement to have a Text field with multiple template selection in Ticket object. When the template is selected, the corresponding text should be populated in the field.

For Eg: If user select Template 1, then below text needs to auto filled.

Order No:
Date:
Contact No:

If user select Template 2. then below texts needs to be auto filled

Contract Date:
Contract:
Contact no:

Do you have any Standard solution to this or any workaround?

have you tried with 'Field Update' Workflow rules based on the Template selected?

Hi anagandara,

Thank you for the response. Yes we thought of using Workflow rules. But in our case, The template list is huge.
So, We are trying to find the alternate solutions.

Hello,

For this requirement I can not see any way using customization/KUT.
I would suggest to implement PDI script using AfterModify event.
