Hi Expert,
I kindly need your help. I created an order by logging in English and when I enter the note in text tab for line 10 it appears in the sales order output. However by clicking in display log it presents me a message no VX101.
Requirement is not met: text could not be obtained.
Message no. VX1012.png3.png4.png5.png
On the order hand when I reply the same order by logging in Italian the note does not appears with the same message in display log (File 5).
Please what could be the error???
Thanks
M. N.

There is probably a small mix-up of two different things:
For the first point: in VOTXN you have set for textID 0001 in access sequence 21 and VBBP requirement 050. This routine checks if you have maintained this text in a preceding document. If you have, then the text will be referenced in the target document no matter what language you used.
You described that you entered a certain text in the order item in English. But text determination only shows you what was determined in your current document, just because you have entered some text manually does not mean that the determination on VBBP level was successful. This is why I think that the log in your first screenshot is correct, requirement 050 was not fulfilled, because you probably do not have a preceding document with this text maintained.
The second part is how this text is used in the printform from your last screenshot.
This can be hard to tell without having access to your system. It could be that the form considers only texts in a specific language, which might be the language of the output, or the logon language of the user, or the communication language of the customer, or it can be some very exotic logic that was built based on the development specification of a functional consultant. If this is a smartform - use transaction SMARTFORMS with the printform from NACE and check the logic (or ask a developer for assistance). For SAPScript - SE71 or RSTXDBUG. For SAPScript I would definitely ask a developer for help, unless I have written the specification. For PDF forms - I have not debugged any of these so far, but your developer should know some tricks.
