HI all
Currently when I send a test email to my work email it does not come through. When sending the test to other emails such as gmail etc it does go through. Our work IT says that it is not being blocked on their end and our email server company says everythign is fine on their end as well. Where could the problem be? The test emails did wokr previously but suddenly stopped.

Is this in a Q or P system? If in a Q, did you put your email address in the Campaign Execution Inclusion List?
If the issue persist, create a ticket for CEC-MKT-CPG-EXE.
