Territory - SAP C4C

I have mentioned the territory as WEST in the Account. Then I try to create a Lead from that account but its automatically taking EAST as the Territory.

Can anybody explain why it's automatically taking as EAST??

Hi ichu1234

You can check the root cause from where it is coming via "Party Determination Details" action available on the Lead create screen after adding the require details on the create lead screen. Please refer the screenshot for same. If this action is not enable to your user then please adapt the screen.

It's showing as "Provided Automatically by Business Rule".

Okay then it must be coming from lead distribution rules available under Administration->Sales and Campaign ->

Define Rules for Lead Assignment.
