Dear Experts,

do you know a standard c4c process to trigger the territory management when the customer has only a P.O. Box Postal Code?

I can`t find in the territory rules this field as a column.

Is there any other solution excluding a pdi solution?

Hi uzunfi,

Postal code is available as a column in the Territory rules table.

Select Adapt column as in the image and Move the Postal code from Left list to the RIght List.

Dear Arun, thank you for your answer. The postal code is not the problem. In Germany we use Postbox Adresses and for this field there is a separate field for the postal code in C4C. So i need the field Pox Box Postal Code. This is not available in this table.

You can copy the value of the field to a KUT field using a workflow and use the KUT field in the Territory rule column.
