Territory Determination Rules

I have maintained a territory routing rules (If the Country is India then Terr_1 should assigned). But there's already existing rules like this (If the Country is India then Terr_2, Ter_3 should assigned).

If I'm creating an Account and Selected the country as India only Terr_1 should automatically assign. How to achieve this by not deleting the existing rules.

Please help me with the solution!!

Hi Riyu,

Are you using multiple territory scenario or a signal territory scenario?

Based on scoping setup in your Project, system will run the territory alignment rules to have single territory determination or multiple territory determination.

If you have single territory determination setup, then please make sure sequence is correctly setup (rule- If the Country is India then Terr_1 should assigned- should be at the top).

If you have multiple territories scoping done in project, system will determine all the territories for an account based on conditions configured.

In case you want to have the mentioned scenario, you can add few more conditions along with country to determine the unique territory for an account.

You cannot have single territory determination and multiple territory determination in parallel.
