Hi,
there can be numerous causes, usually it is some problem with routing or signaling to SBC. You may also see more info in call detail in Online Monitor (like ISDN reason code). Check CEM logs, CD logs, PSTN bridge logs and find, where the call ended (maybe it did not reach VU PSTN at all). It can be that calls is rejected by SBC because all channels are exhausted.
One advice - don't post screenshots with real phone numbers or IP addresses or any other specific hard data, which are not need for issue resolution.
