Technical Disconnection on SAP IS-U DM

Hi Gurus,

If a client requests for the Technical Disconnection, I'm planning to create the Disconnection document through EC85 and create a following Service Order for the same disconnection, using the BADI - ISU_SERVORD_EDCN by passing relevant values through the exporting parameters order code and Order werk. Is this the right approach to handle the technical disconnection process? Kindly give suggestions or any other possible methods to achieve technical disconnection.

Hi,

Yes. That BADI is good to use for your requirement. You should use method SET_ORDERCODE_DISCONNECT to validate & default some values.
