Context:
Our Sales Director manages a team of 15 salespersons. Each salesperson inserts his/her own appointments in the CRM Calendar. Appointments are synced with Outlook calendar, via the SAP Sales Cloud plugin.
Use case:
The Sales Director wants to set up a meeting with all the team, and he needs to find a suitable timeframe, when all the salespersons are available.
Question:
How can the Sales Director see the appointments of ALL his team in one place? In the CRM calendar, the manager can see other people's calendars, but only one at a time. Is there a way to do it?
