TASK ENGINE STOP WORKING

Hi experts,

We are facing that suddenly the task executor stops working suddenly with no error in logs and we have to restart hybris in order to work again. The version of hybris is 6.4. The rest of the system is working fine...

This is frustrating because data is not flowing through to the ERP system.

Can anyone help us?

Same issue here - hybris 6.6. On production one per 3 month we have situation, where task engine simply stop working for 2h.

Sometimes script groovy run from hac taskEngine.stop() - taskEngine.start() helps, sometimes not.
