Hello Experts,

I want to send the Target Group details including Accounts in target Group to C4C. Can anyone confirm if it is possible?? If yes, what procedure should i follow.?

Kindly assist. This has become an urgent request.

Hi Mayank,

yes, this is possible in general but there is no standard integration available for this.

You could use Open Channel or CDS views to build a custom integration for this.

As there is a target Group web service available also on C4C side.

Is there any trigger mechanism to send the TG to CPI? I want to understand how the TG will be triggered to CPI for further steps?

Hi Mayank,

in our POC some years ago we used Open Channel. Where the the sendout is triggered by a campaign in Marketing Cloud.See docu here:

But I guess today I would try to solve this based on CDS views which provide an API with target group members and an CPI flow is checking regularly for those members and pushing the data to C4C.
