Target Group entries differ from member count

Hi Experts,

we created a static target group that includes 33 contacts. By default it is based on the "Accounts and Contacts" profile.

The overview shows only two entries with the message that this is probably because of filters or something like that.

But there are no filters active. I displayed all of the possible attributes as columns.

Does anyone have an idea what else could be wrong and how to show all of the 33 members in the overview?

Hi,

As this is a static TG, therefore, it is highly probable that some contacts/accounts might have been deleted or merged over the period of time, since the creation of the TG. But due to its static nature, TG is still reflecting the old member count in the header.

Could you pls check "some how" if there is any contact which was ealrier part of TG but now has been removed ?

Hi Saurabh, the Target Group has been created on the same day by adding the contacts manually. So it is impossible that this is the reason.
