Tables getting mixed under hospitaly mode for 2 POS

Dear All,

We are facing issues in which we see that tables which are been made in POS 1 is getting shown in another POD 2 also. For example we have SAP Customer Checkout POS setup as FBL1 which is an independent POS and another SAP Customer Checkout POS which is FBS2. If the user creates any table in FBL1 the same table is showing in FBS2 also. How can we avoid this as both are separate restaurants

Below tables are created in FBL1

But the same tables shows in another POS FBS2 also

In SAP Customer Checkout Manager both are separate POS under organizational units.

Can you please advise what might be wrong in the setup ?

Kind Regards,

Kawish

Hello Kawish:

I'm afraid Arne is right. Some time ago I submitted an improvement request to separate the table management API from the CCOM, since that would allow you to have the benefits of centralized user management and reporting, but keeping the table management separate by restaurant.

If you consider this request beneficial, please vote for it here.

Best regards,

Joerg.

As far as I know this has not changed. But maybe you can create "table areas" per location to hide the tables from the other location.

You can check the documentation here: Table Areas | SAP Help Portal

Hope this helps.

Best regards,

Joerg.
