SYSTEM_STATUS is missing in structure ‘CRMST_QUERY_SRV_REQ_BTIL’ in s/4 query

SYSTEM_STATUS is missing in structure ‘CRMST_QUERY_SRV_REQ_BTIL’ of search query BTQSrvReq in S/4 system. We can find the same in our old CRM system.

Kindly suggest what should be the alternative of this attribute in s/4 system.

Hello Sachin,

yes, S/4HANA Service is using now the fiel "STAT_LIFECYCLE". This new field allow to group status according with the users' requirements.

The old fields aren't available

SYSTEM_STATUS

USER_STATUS_KEY

If you need to use STAT_LIFECYCLE you have to update the corresponding customizing

SAP Customizing Implementation Guide -> Service -> Transactions -> Basic Settings -> Status Management -> Optimize User Status for Queries
