System status change in CS order

Dear all, how can identify who has changed the system status in a CS-order?

In customizing I have set up the changes on header level.

Example:

Somoeone has closed the CS order by accident.

But I cannot see who has done this change.

Any ideas?

In table "JEST" I can see that is was changed but not by whom.

Many thanks in advance for your kind support.

Best regards

Andreas

Dear Silvia,

many thanks for your kind support. My issue in fact was related to a CS Order (IW32).

The solution was so easy:-).

The cause I found out by myself.

At the time of creation the customizing setting was set up up for NOT-tracking status changes.

In the meantime we have changed this customizing setting.

But the tracking of status works only for new Service Orders and not for existing ones .-(.

Many thanks and good luck for you:-).

Best regards

Andreas

Hi Andreas

I'm not sure if you're speaking about CS Order ( transaction IW32) or CRM Order (Service Orders).

Anyway, changes in status can be displayed in table JSTO in case of CS order AND CRM_JSTO in case of CRM orders.
