Hello,

I have a problem with synchronize BP’s and I cannot see what is the error because the log tells nothing.

Can you please assist?

Hello,

Here are the 2 types of cases that can occur.
In the Synchronisation job, we have warnings tab as soon in the screenshot, there you can see configuration issues. screenshot attached.
However if there are exceptions like SAP B1if(BusinessOne Integration Framework) is not reachable or there are syntax error for any reasons(this is generally not the case), then you can see those in the command promt.

Hi Elena, please provide the CCO logs from C:\sapcustomercheckout\log to be able to analyze this error further.
