Synchronize data between two environments in CCV2

User wants to synchronize data between two SAP Commerce Cloud (CCV2) environments, specifically copying media and database data from production to test environment.

User was advised to use the data backup/restore function for a full copy, with a link to KBA 3308351 for details. For exporting a database to a local development environment, user was advised to involve the db team for a database backup.
