Hi
I have a question about discount tranfers between SAP and CCO.
We define discounts based on quantity & periods. It works good with discount on BP and on Item Groups, but it's too complicated, we have to decline it on item level.
In SAP no problem, we have a standard price of 100 € (customer price).
And we have a discount on this item for this period of 30%
We want to transfer this to CCO BUT when we synchronize, we can only see final price (70 €- which is good) for customer, but no trace of 100 €. And we have to print discount on price list on tickets.
It's a net price (VAT included).
Any idea how to get base price and netto price in CCO ?
Thanks for a quick reply.

Hi Julian,
No, issue is still open. Bikash event told me that it would be difficult to solve through a plug in. It's very strange that it works perfectly for discounts based on BP level for example, but not if you have discounts based on quantities/time. 😞

Hi Francois-Luc,
The discount amount or % cannot be shown in CCO. Neither in the Sales UI nor on a receipt. This is because the backend system (B1) sends the already discounted price to CCO. So, CCO does not know the full price or the discount.
You can only achieve your request with a partner developed plug-in.

Hi Mateus, in fact, it depends on the type(s) of discount you chose in SAP. If you opt for general discount on business partner level, you get AND full price AND discount in CCO -probably because this is not synchronized through items, but through business partners sync. This is the same if you chose for discounts based on item groups and also on properties.
This is not the case if you are working on discounts per quantities and time in SBO. In this case, your assumption is correct. You don't have full price and discounts, but only discounted price.
It's very difficult to accept that discounts are not shown is CCO. With UI restaurants or bars, I assume it's acceptable. Not for retail. We have to find a way to get both full prices and discounts.
