Switching over to Fiori client

Hi all,

We currently use HTML5 for our C4C deployment. We are strongly considering switching over to the Fiori UI. I heard/read somewhere that in terms of feature parity, Fiori UI has recently reached 100% parity with HTML5.

Is this true?

Is there anything we should consider when going to Fiori UI? Any problem that is known, or you experience, please share!

Thanks in advance

Hi Sandico,

There are still a few inconsistencies but, by raising an incident, SAP is solving them. For example, on the Service Ticket it happens that you don't get the Escalate button on FIORI version while you do get it on HTML5 version.

I strongly believe that moving into FIORI is the right path to follow as SAP will be removing HTML5 by next year, as it has already done with Silverlight version.

At some point you will need to switch into FIORI, doing it now does not mean being an Early Adopter as there are lots of customers already using it on their daily jobs.

Good luck with it!

Alejandro.
