Hi,
A customer who is not live has their CCO Client set to Productive mode. However, I wish to use this client as a template for rollout across multiple POS for the customer, which requires changing of the POS ID and updating all of the number sequences (receipts, day end closing, etc) to incorporate the new POS ID for each of the clients.
I would normally build/configure the CCO Client to act as the basis for the template in Test mode, copy the folder and deploy where needed, before updating the POS ID on each of those and then switching to Test mode, thereby updating the number sequences & removing any test receipts.
Is there anyway that I can either:
- Switch a client back from Productive mode to Test mode?
or
- Reset the numbering sequences based on the new/changed POS ID
This is quite urgent as I need to deploy ASAP.
Many thanks.
Martin.

Hi Martin,
the switch back from productive to test mode is not supported. You can copy the whole SAP Customer Checkout to the new Terminal and then execute "run_cco_restore.bat" as described in the "Admin_Guide_SAP_CCO_EN.pdf" in chapter 2.3.3. Here you can change the cashdesk Id and the sequence numbers for the receipt and the other documents.
We recommend to test this step before you use it in productive mode.
Hope that helps.

Thanks Stephan that worked well!
Off note and in addition to the admin guide, for it to work I had to:
- Open the Command prompt in admin mode
- change to the SAPCUstomerCheckout folder
- type run_cco_restore
- press enter
