Survey Management Capability in SAP CX Version2

We procured SAP CX Version 2.

In SAP CX V2, we have CDC, CDP, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and SAP Emarsys.

Is it possible to manage Surveys (internal as well as external) through SAP CX Version 2?

I read this Surveys | SAP Help Portal here, where it is clearly mentioned Surveys are categorized into internal and external surveys. 

Please guide and assist.

Please follow the latest business documentation on Configure Survey in SAP Slaes Cloud V2 which will suffice your need of exposing surveys externally. Feel free to reply for further queries.

Actually, I am not an SAP CX guy. I would appreciate if you kindly take me to the point in configure Surveys section, where I may set the settings to send the survey to external entity i.e., customer.
