Sur Charge based on the Total Order value

Hi All,

We have a requirement to charge the 5% Sur Charge ( by adding the new Part Number ) based on the total order value.

Ex: Item 1 with Net value $100

Item 2 with Net value $400

Now I need to add the 3rd ITEM (Sur Charge Material ) with 5% = $25 Which is 5% of Net values of ITEM 1 and ITEM 2.

To do this : I need Alternate Base Type with Total Net value of the Order OR need to create Alternate calculation type which can provide the Total Order value . Seems both are not available as all the existing base types are all related to ITEM , not the whole sales order value.

Please share your thughts.
