Subscription creation issue in Marketing cloud

When we are creating subscription for the communication category. we are not getting any subscription for contact. Instead it updated permission saying having all permissions. I have tried to upload subscription via csv file file and getting the error below. where should i create topic for subscription in marketing cloud. Can someone guide me how to create subscription topics in sap marketing cloud.

Can you please provide the Payload example which was used to update the subscription and also can you share the error received with CSV file upload ?

To create Subscription topics, navigate to the Communication Categories app. Here is some documentation regarding this functionality.

Hi nagarro,

1. Go to the app "Communcation Categories and Limits"

2. Click the + button to create a new category (provide Marketing Area, Name and Description)

3. Check your entry, edit it and choose the "Subscription" checkbox

4. In the "Data File Load" app you could download the payload example. Here you have to enter the ID of your category in the "Subscription Topic" column.
